In person session
Imagine a comfortable, confidential space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. In-person individual therapy offers just that—a dedicated environment for personal growth and healing. Through one-on-one sessions, we delve into your concerns, whether they pertain to stress, anxiety, relationships, or other challenges. Here you lead the process at your own pace. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, together we will handle challenging issues and deconstruct them, finding alternative perspectives as a way of aiding you in achieving personal set goals and how to implement these new skills into daily life.
Online session
Clients can have sessions via video for psychological support when in-person meetings are not feasible. Reasons for choosing online sessions include distance, travel and flexibility. Online sessions maintain confidentiality and address similar issues as in-person sessions. It is client’s responsibility to ensure a private location during online sessions to protect confidentiality. Advantages and limitations of online sessions are reviewed with clients initially.
