Youth focused therapy

Psychological support in an active and creative environment using approaches such as ACT and Art therapy, supporting youth by exploring their experiences of transitioning through life. It aims to provide a safe environment allowing these individuals to start a path of self-discovery. For instance, we will work through stress, anxiety, low mood and lack of motivation that are commonly exacerbated by high demand and high pressure within academia, personal, and societal life.

Cultural focused Therapy

Leaving behind one’s home country and transitioning to a new culture can be challenging and confusing, especially when you also leave behind your support network of friends and family. We will explore how you can become empowered to discover and explore your new context, building a safe support network around you while overcoming anxieties arising from this transition.
